Font scale. Must be one of the following:

OVL_SCALE_X1 scale = 1:1.

OVL_SCALE_X2 scale = 2:1.

OVL_SCALE_X2V scale = 2:1 (only vertical).

OVL_SCALE_X4 scale = 4:1.

Sets caption font scale.
